Nevada Privacy Policy

This Nevada privacy notice (the “Nevada Notice”) supplements the information contained in Delta Greek Foods USA, Inc. (“Delta” “we” “us” or “our”) Privacy Notice[Note: we recommend linking back to the main Privacy Notice] or other privacy policies and applies solely to Consumers (as defined below) residing in the State of Nevada.  In the event of a conflict between any other Delta policy, statement, or notice and this Nevada Notice, this Nevada Notice will prevail as to Nevada Consumers and their rights under Nevada Law.  We may update this Nevada Notice regarding our data practices, Consumer rights, and how we collect and process Consumer Personal Information (as defined below) in order to reflect the state of the law or as otherwise deemed necessary by us.

This Nevada Notice describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information (“Personal Information” or “PI”) (defined below) of certain Consumers (as defined below) who are residents of the State of Nevada with respect to their online activity and otherwise fall within the scope of the US Nevada State Bill 220 (“NV SB-220”).  This Nevada Notice also describes your rights relating to the Personal Information collected about you and how you can exercise those rights should you choose to do so.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all terms in this Nevada Notice have the same meaning as defined in our Privacy Notice [Note: link back to the Privacy Notice] or as otherwise defined in NV SB-220.

I.          Collection and Use of Personal Information Disclosures

This Nevada Notice will only apply to Consumers’ online activity.  As used within this Nevada Notice, a “Consumer” is a Nevada resident who, from Delta’s website or online service provider, seeks or acquires, by purchase or lease, any good, service, money or credit for personal, family or household purposes.

What Personal Information do we Collect, Use, and Share?

We collect Personal Information (defined below) from and about consumers for a variety of purposes. To learn more about the types of personal information we collect and the sources from which we collect or receive personal information, please refer to the Use and Disclosure of Personal Information section in our Privacy Notice [Note: link back to this section of the Privacy Notice].

As used within this Nevada Notice, “Personal Information” only means your:

  • first and last name;
  • physical address;
  • email address;
  • telephone number
  • social security number (SSN);
  • any other identifier that may allow you to be contacted online (e.g. screen name); and
  • any other information concerning a person collected from the person through the website service operator and maintained by that operator in combination with an identifier in a form that makes the information personally identifiable.

Purposes of Collecting Personal Information

We may collect, use, or disclose some, all, or none of the Personal Information about you identified above for one or more of the purposes identified in The Information We Collect and How We Use It section in our Privacy Notice [Note: link back to this section of the Privacy Notice].

II.         Your Nevada Privacy Rights and How to Exercise Them

Nevada Consumers have the right to direct us not to sell the Personal Information we have collected about you to third parties.  For the purpose of this Nevada Notice, “sale” means the exchange of Personal Information for monetary consideration” and specifically excludes any other disclosure of your Personal Information by Delta for those purposes in furtherance of business operations disclosed in The Information We Collect and How We Use It section in our Privacy Notice [Note: link back to this section of the Privacy Notice].

Delta does not sell your Personal Information.  Should Delta opt to sell any Personal Information in the future, Delta will update this Nevada Notice accordingly and include the ability for qualifying Consumers to “Opt-Out” of such sale.
